The 3 Flags in the bookings form, now show color bars above the timeline, in case the currently selected booking is not visible in the grid. * Any resized grid columns in the Bookings form timeline will now keep their size, and will not be reset when the application window size changes, as they were doing previously. The Share-from Property selections in the Properties form now show the Property Color to help identify the property. The Show “Blockouts” option in the Bookings form now stays unchecked when you select a Blockout booking. Added an option to “Change Company” (in the File menu), which allows switching companies within VRP, (if you manage multiple companies / databases). This will change the application background color and/or image for all users. Added options for “Background Color” and “Background Image” to System Preferences > Company Info. * Added a link to the BookingPal Channel Connector tool in the top toolbar Web button > Other options. Solved an issue when doing “Find in List” when a “Find All” filter is already active, and you select “Clear the current Filter”. Added a “Find” button to the App Notes and System Notes form. * When sending emails from the Bookings form, there is a new option to “Send (WITHOUT Preview)”. * Fixed an issue with the new “Change Company” feature when running on a cloud server. This new “Operator” is available when filtering on individual fields, and in the Query Designer. * Added the ability to create expressions based on “Dynamic Dates”, (such as: Last Month, Last Quarter, This Month, etc.). * Solved an issue due to a recent update in Outlook 365 when sending emails from the Alerts Manager using the “Send without preview” option. * Added 2 new checkbox options to the “Find” button to make searching for Bookings and Tenants faster with large amounts of data. Updates are easily installed by selecting “Check for New Updates” in the VRP Tools menu. Note: Registered users are entitled to free updates for one year.
